How to check a given string is empty or not in Javascript using REGEX expression


I will explain, how to check the given string is empty in Javascript using REGEX expression. In order to check ,i am using test method with Regex expression.




In the above code, str variable assigned with an  empty string value, that means ,no characters.Using test method and regex expression, we log the result as TRUE.





Here str is not an empty string ,So test method returns FALSE





Here str is not an empty string ,So test method returns FALSE. So using the regex expression,we can check  given string is empty or non empty string in javascript
